The original Tonkotsu pork soup. Thin flat noodles are topped with pork loin chashu, kikurage mushrooms and scallions.
3. YUZU-KOSHO RAMEN
Spicy pork soup noodles with peppery yuzu paste. Topped with pork loin chashu, menma, takana, nori and scallions.
4. MATCHA RAMEN
Green tea soup noodles topped with konjak, menma, kikurage mushrooms, and soymilk.
5. AJITAMA RAMEN
Ajitama (seasoned soft boiled eggs) on Hakata Genryu Ramen.
6. CHASHU RAMEN
Extra chashu (braised pork slices) on Hakata Genryu Ramen.
7. IWANORI RAMEN
Iwanori (rock dried seaweed) on Hakata Genryu Ramen.
8. TOMYO RAMEN
Pea shoots on Hakata Genryu Ramen.
